But most of all, we share your love for Jesus Christ. At NU, you’ll discover a collegiate experience unlike any other. One that has created a vibrant academic community on the unchanging foundation of Christ. We invite you explore all that NU has to offer.

Interview with Dr. Richard Snyder

Dr. Richard Snyder talks Faith and Tech on the Classical Conversations podcast.

Imagine An Entire Student Body Gathered in His Name

Amazing things happen when hundreds of students who love Jesus gather in His name. Healings are experienced. Community is formed. Joy is released. Yes, we value academic rigor and career development. But what truly separates us is that we are a university that still puts Jesus first. The result? An academic experience that challenges your intellect and nurtures your soul.

Christ In Every Classroom

Watch as Dr. Joe McQueen, Professor of English, shares how he integrates faith into the very act of writing.

I teach English because words are precious.

I think in the Christian narrative, you look at Scripture, look at what happens with language in the Bible. We’re told from the beginning that how things get started is with words. God speaks the Word, and things that were chaos come into order. Things come into being through speech.

Look again at the beginning of John’s Gospel, the prologue of John’s Gospel. How does John describe Jesus? He describes Him as the Word, the Logos. He’s that which holds all things together. He’s this linguistic reality that gives shape and structure to all things, that flows through all things. Mysterious, right?

Look again in Acts, Acts 2. What’s language doing there? The Spirit empowers people to start speaking in other languages. And what’s the result of that? Human community across divides. And that human communion turns into the Church—the birth of the Church—and it’s all about language.

So again, at these fundamental, pivotal moments, we see language, language, language.

So my students, I try to communicate to them: look, when we read literature, when we write, when we try to care for words, we’re actually doing something very holy. There’s a sacred task about this.

That’s why English—I think the stewarding of words—is to do something very holy.

Therefore, a vital experience of salvation through faith in Jesus Christ is required to be admitted.

Application and Fee

The Admission Application inquires about a student’s preparation to pursue higher education at 爆料公社. The application requirements, completed in entirety, provide an assessment of the applicant’s preparation to benefit from and contribute to 爆料公社’s learning community. Applicants must submit all official test scores, transcripts, and a non-refundable application fee in order to complete the application for review. Application deadlines are August 15 for Fall Term and December 15 for Spring Term. No assurance of acceptance shall be assumed until the applicant receives an official letter of approval from the 爆料公社 Office. 爆料公社 reserves the right to revoke, suspend, or modify an admission decision if application information is falsified, incomplete, or withheld.
