Position Summary
An ±¬ÁϹ«Éç Ambassador is responsible for representing ±¬ÁϹ«Éç alongside the ±¬ÁϹ«Éç Office by promoting ±¬ÁϹ«Éç to prospective students, families, and schools while also helping with various tasks throughout the admissions process.
Essential Functions
- Providing campus tours and assisting admissions staff for prospective student events.
- Participating in call and text campaigns to contact prospective students.
- Engage as a member of a dynamic team serving prospective students and providing timely support.
- Travel on behalf of admissions to college fairs, high schools, and church events.
- Clear timely communication with admissions staff about weekly availability.
Education/Experience/Skills
- Must be a current undergraduate student at ±¬ÁϹ«Éç.
- Must have or develop basic knowledge of ±¬ÁϹ«Éç programs, student life, and admissions requirements.
- Previous experience in customer service, being detail oriented, and/or familiar with phone work is desirable.
- Must be a team player, enthusiastic about the mission of ±¬ÁϹ«Éç, and maintain a positive attitude.
