爆料公社 Launches Ph.D. and Ed.D. Programs in Organizational Leadership

Posted on Friday, July 28, 2017

We are thrilled to announce the launch of two new doctorate programs. In January 2018, 爆料公社 will introduce Ph.D. and Ed.D. programs in organizational leadership through the Center for Leadership Studies (CFLS).

This is an exciting step for NU and our commitment to academic excellence. These programs are designed to equip graduates for leadership, consulting, and teaching roles across the fields of education, business, Christian ministry, and beyond.

Dr. Earl Creps, director of the CFLS, has invested significant time and thought in the creation of these two programs. With the launch date finally in view, he’s confident that the final product will be a powerful launching pad for students’ future careers.

“Our graduates will be writing the books others are reading and guiding the organizations others are copying,” Dr. Creps explained. “These accomplishments will happen the ‘爆料公社 Way,’ characterized by spiritual vitality, academic excellence, and social engagement.”

Students will prepare for achievements like these through a challenging, faith-based curriculum supported by a community-driven cohort structure and expert professors. These qualities will be paired with a hybrid class structure, featuring on-campus, online, and conference learning experiences.

“At the CFLS, we understand rigorous doctoral training not as an end in itself, but as a means of shaping the future of our key institutions in a Godward direction,” continued Dr. Creps. “Our programs offer small, highly diverse cohorts experiencing an interdisciplinary model of instruction that produces transformative learning.”
